Dick Westfall wins ADS National

This year’s Midwest Show was combined with the ADS National and hosted by Dahlia Society of Ohio. The show was held in Wooster, OH on The Ohio State University CFAES (College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences) Wooster Campus.
